What’s going on at the money carnivals this week?

#1 The 101st Edition of Carnival of Personal Finance is at Fire Finance from which I plucked these:

Is Anything Really New In Personal Finance? by My Wealth Builder
Debit Cards: A Good Deal Gets Better by MoneyMonk
Combine Active and Index Investing by Ask Mr Credit Card

And to help me out with my own investing efforts, I’m bookmarking these links for further study:

The Yield Curve Is Flat — Again by Trader’s Narrative
Investing In International REITs by Investor Trip
How To Select A Profitable Rental Property by Plus 6

#2 Festival of Frugality #75 is over at Get Rich Slowly.

And what do you know — I missed this week’s festival of frugality altogether! I just noticed that I didn’t submit my post for this week for reasons that escape me (well, I actually do: my day job has been killing me lately)! With J.D. hosting the festival this week, I’m quite annoyed that I missed his party! Aaaargh!!!

Anyway, here are my picks from this funtastic festival….! I just wish I could’ve joined in the fun!

A Frugal Saturday: Twelve Ways We Saved Money Yesterday by The Simple Dollar
Laser Eye Surgery, A Money Saver? by Frugalux
Common Myths About Traffic Tickets by Broken Arrow
Rental Car Gas Scam by Money And Such

#3 Investors Blog Network Festival #7: Men, Women, and Investing Edition was nicely put together by Money, Matter and More Musings. Here’s a taste of what you’ll see there:

Is Gold A Good Investment by Wealth Building Lessons
How Not To Make Money In Stocks Guaranteed! by Dividend Money

I’d encourage you to check out these spots to see more of what the financial online community has to offer.

That’s it for now! Other carnivals will be listed in my weekend roundup.

Hey I’d like to congratulate you for such a great made site!
thought this would be a perfect way to introduce myself!
We believe the only way increase wealth it is usually a insightful conception to begin a savings or investing game plan as early in life as possible. But don’t despair if you have not thought of saving your capital until later on in life. With hard work, that is looking up on the best investment vehicles for your capital you can slowly but surely increase your finances so that it amounts to a large sum by the time you hope to retire. Inspect all of the applicable asset classes from stocks to real estate as investments for your money. A well diversified portfolio of investments in different asset classes will make your money rise through the years.
