The Festival of Frugality #132 was brought to you by Budgets Are Sexy, with the theme “Frugal Is, As Frugal Does” ala “Frugal Gump” ;) .

I’d also like to make special mention of the Carnival of 20-Something Finances, Brazil-Carnival Style! where Dollar Frugal selected my post on how to save money by paying ourselves first, as the #1 pick for this edition of the carnival. Thank you Brooke!
