My Personal Finance Interview For The Million Dollar Savings Club

by Silicon Valley Blogger on February 17, 2007

Million Dollar Savings ClubThis week, I was thrilled to have been interviewed for the first time ever by a fellow finance blogger who is behind the blog named after himself: BryanCFleming.com. He is also the guy behind several well-known finance and business carnivals, including Personal Growth Blog Carnival, Carnival of Wealth Building Ideas and Festival of Investing.

I shared with him some personal finance views all in the spirit of the Million Dollar Savings Club: a club that he begun as a way of supporting, encouraging and bringing together like-minded folks who were interested in establishing and reaching their savings and investment goals. It’s a fantastic concept where participants can help each other stay the course, keep their goals in mind, and share successes.

As far as why I was selected for this interview, I know not what the qualifications were, except that perhaps he noted that I may have been one of the older bloggers (not blog-wise but age-wise) in this space out there with some diverse experiences to share, or my frugal capitalist bent may have caught his eye, or perhaps my constant submissions to his carnivals have piqued his interest :) . Either way, I was happy to spill the beans and be part of his Million Dollar Savings Club project!

With that, I hope you will visit BryanCFleming.com to check on the Million Dollar Savings Club and Bryan’s many other great insights on personal finance, personal development and business. Thank you Bryan, for this virtual tete-a-tete!
